Paradigm Initiative (PIN) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Taiwo Bankole Scholarship, a Paradigm Initiative project, which aims to support young people from the Ajegunle community in pursuing higher education.

About the Taiwo Bankole Scholarship

The Taiwo Bankole Scholarship is part of Paradigm Initiative’s commitment to expanding educational and digital opportunities for underserved young people from the Ajegunle community. Through the scholarship, PIN seeks to empower young people with the education and skills needed to contribute meaningfully to their communities and society.

This year, the Taiwo Scholarship will provide full scholarships to 10 young people (5 males and 5 females) from the Ajegunle community to study STEM or Law at any accredited Nigerian public tertiary institution.

The scholarship will support each selected scholar for the full duration of their study, helping to reduce financial barriers and create opportunities for young people to pursue their educational and career aspirations.

Eligibility Criteria for Taiwo Bankole Scholarship

To qualify for the Taiwo Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be between 17 and 25 years old.
• Have secured admission into a public university in Nigeria.
• Be admitted to study a course in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or Law.
• Be a resident of Ajegunle.
• Applicants from low-income households are particularly encouraged to apply.
